After two years of corona-based obstacles to organize the “2nd European Tax Judges Conference” the german tax judges, associated in the non-profit body “Deutscher Finanzgerichtstag e.V.” (known for its annual meetings of german tax judges to discuss current developments in tax law and common problems in procedural law) would like to discuss once again common problems in the field of national and european tax law with other european tax judges.
The conference will primarily cover procedural issues with respect to preliminary rulings relevant for EU tax judges. We will also discuss common VAT problems. The conference will be conducted in a panel system. Each topic will be dealt with by the panel starting with two kick off speeches and a discussion to follow.
The conference will be free of charge and the conference language will be English.
