How do I subscribe to a calendar?
Which program/device are you using?
- Apple iOS
- Apple iPhone
- Google Calendar (Android)
- Microsoft Outlook 2007
- Microsoft Outlook ab 2010
- Mozilla Thunderbird
Apple iOS
- In Calendar, choose "File" > "New Calendar Subscription"
- Enter the calendar's address in the field provided:

- Enter a name for the calendar and choose a color to help you identify it on your calendar.
- Choose iCloud from the Location menu, then click OK.

Apple iPhone
- Go to "Settings" > "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" > "Add Account ..."
- Select "Other" > "Add Subscribed Calendar"
- Enter the calendar's address in the field provided:

Google Calendar
- Open your Google Calendar in a browser
- Go to "Other calendars" on the left, click the Down arrow
- Select "Add by URL"
- Enter the calendar's address in the field provided:
https://lets-meet.org/cal_event_list/se140 - Click "Add Calendar". The calendar will appear on the left side under "Other calendars."
Note: If the calendar is not visible right away, Google states it might take up to 12 hours for changes to show in your calendar.

Microsoft Outlook 2007
- Select "Tools" > "Account Settings" from the Menu
- Go to the Tab "Internet Calendars" > "New"
- Enter the calendar's address in the field provided:

- You can add a calendar name in the field "Folder name"
- Save the calendar
Microsoft Outlook since 2010
- Select "File" > "Account "Settings" > "Account Settings"
- Go to the Tab "Internet Calendars" and click "New"
- Enter the calendar's address in the field provided:

- You can add a calendar name in the field "Folder name"
- Save the calendar
Mozilla Thunderbird
- Right-click in the calendar list on the left side of the screen.
- Choose "New Calendar..." from the dropdown menu.
- Select "On the Network" as calendar location
- Choose iCalendar (ICS)
- Enter the calendar's address in the location field provided:

- Choose the name and color for the calendar you just added and finish the import
