The first aid course in April differs from the one in May only by its date. Instead of entering every date from scratch, you create the course once and generate an event series from it. Each date gets its own participant list, while the description and the registration fields stay the same. People who register choose the date that suits them. Event series are part of the free version.
A seminar with 20 places is fully booked on Friday and on Monday two people cancel. With a waiting list that gap does not stay open: as soon as a place becomes free, the first person on the list moves up automatically and hears about it by email. You keep no second list and you chase nobody. The waiting list is available from Premium Lite.
Registered and actually present are two different numbers, and for certificates of attendance or invoicing it is the second one that counts. At check-in you scan the QR code as the course begins, and the attendance record appears along the way. It can then be exported to Excel. Check-in belongs to the Premium Lite package.
A training programme rarely consists of a single event. From Premium Lite you get your own Let's Meet URL that shows all your dates in one place and can be filtered by event type or by name (see an example). You pass on this one link in newsletters, printed programmes and email signatures, and it stays valid when new courses are added in autumn.
Anyone who presents a course programme on their own website loses registrations at exactly one point: the jump to an unfamiliar page. From the Premium package, registration therefore happens directly on your own site. The form picks up the typeface and the look of your corporate presence, so visitors never notice that a different piece of software is doing the work in the background.
The Premium package also includes sending through your own mail server. Invitations, registration confirmations and reminders then come from the sender address your participants are used to. That helps with deliverability, and your participants recognise the message as post from your academy rather than a system email from an unknown provider.
If something smaller is enough: from the Basic package you can already style the registration page and the invitations with your own logo and colours, and you can ask for extra information such as professional group or previous knowledge. Where several trainers or several locations run open courses and in-house training side by side, Premium Enterprise covers up to ten organisers.
With an event series. You set the course up once, with its description, venue and maximum number of participants, and generate all further dates from it. Every date gets its own participant list while the description stays the same. People who register simply choose the date that suits them. Event series are part of the free version and cost nothing extra.

Yes, and the export is part of the free version. You get the participant list with the fields you asked for on the registration form, ready to hand to the trainer, to your finance team or to your own reporting. Once you use QR code check-in, the check-in figures come along with the export.
Let's Meet does not sell tickets and does not process payments, so there is no ticketing fee and no payment provider to set up. Invitation, registration and the participant list run with us, while invoicing and payment stay in the system you already use. You still keep an overview: from Premium Lite you can mark incoming payments in the participant list as paid and see who has not settled the course fee yet.

The list can be filtered by event type or by name, so you can also hand out a link that shows only your first aid courses or only your online seminars. The link stays valid when you add new dates later, which makes it useful for newsletters, printed programmes and email signatures.
Yes. You store the joining link for the webinar as participation information, and from Premium Lite Let's Meet sends it automatically to everyone who registers. If the time or the venue changes later, all registered participants are informed automatically as well. This does not apply to later changes to the participation information itself: a meeting link that changes at short notice is something you need to communicate yourself.
No. They open the link or scan the QR code, enter their registration and are done. Neither an account nor an app is needed. Sign-ups that reach you by telephone or at the reception desk can be added to the participant list by you.
That is what Premium Enterprise is for, with up to ten organisers in two variants. In variant A everyone works with their own separate account. In variant B everyone shares one account with the same contact list and templates, and a different organiser email address is used for each course.
The application and the data are hosted on servers in Germany, so the registration runs under European data protection law. Names, contact details and employer information are personal data, so for a training provider the storage location matters as much as the range of functions. Special categories of personal data under Article 9 GDPR must not be stored in Let's Meet. From the Basic package you can also add your own terms and conditions to the registration form.
