A volume discount on several Premium packages. You create up to ten independent accounts that manage their events separately from each other. This fits when departments or local groups really are meant to work on their own.
All organisers sign in to the same account, manage events together and work from the same contact list and the same templates. For each event you can set a separate organiser email address as the point of contact, restricted to a particular domain if you wish.
Starting too small costs you nothing. You can move up to a larger plan at any time, and the remaining term of your current plan is credited against it. If you are unsure, begin one level lower and switch once a limit gets in your way.
The free version costs nothing, with no time limit, and covers 100 invitations and registrations per month. Charges only begin with the basic package, billed by term. All prices are net, plus VAT.
Yes. The free version runs permanently and without a time limit. On top of that we unlock the basic package for 14 days when you create an account. That trial ends by itself, at no cost and with nothing to cancel.
Every invitation sent through Let's Meet counts, and so does every registration that arrives through the general registration link. Someone who was invited and then registers counts only once. Accompanying persons within one registration also count as a single registration. Invitations you send yourself by email or messenger do not count at all, there only the resulting registrations do.
Registrations for events that are already running stay possible up to a tolerance limit, so that no registration process breaks off in the middle of an event. Creating new events and sending further invitations is blocked until you extend the limit or the next month begins. We send a warning by email before that happens. From Premium Lite on you can extend the quota at any time, and only the remaining term of your plan is charged.
Depending on your account setting your plan either renews automatically or ends by itself once the term runs out. Without automatic renewal there is nothing to cancel, and you receive a reminder two weeks and one week before it expires. An order can also be cancelled within 14 days.
Yes, at any time. When you upgrade we credit the remaining term of your current plan, so you only pay the difference. The same applies when you extend your monthly quota from Premium Lite on. Starting too small therefore costs you nothing.
Option A fits when departments or local groups really are meant to work separately, because each of them gets an account of its own. Option B fits when one team shares the same contacts and templates and only the contact person per event differs.
The free version already covers registration, the participant list, invitations and reminders in full. An upgrade usually only pays off once your monthly volume grows or one particular feature is missing. Write to us if you are unsure, we are happy to look at your case.
