To adapt to the current circumstances surrounding event organization, Let’s Meet has introduced several new features. These include a convenient overview of all upcoming events. For example, if the same course is offered at different times, participants can easily register for their preferred date.

Online meetings: automatically send participation links
Many events, courses, and training sessions now take place online. To participate, your customers need the specific link for the Zoom, Teams, or GoToMeeting call. Of course, you don’t want to send this link along with the event invitation, since only confirmed participants should have access to it. That’s why the link is usually sent in a separate step shortly before the event. However, when you have to manage many events or courses, you quickly find yourself asking, “Have I already sent the participation links for this event, or not yet?”
That’s why we recently added a new feature. You can specify participation information – such as the link to the meeting – right when you create the event. All confirmed participants automatically receive this information one day before the event. If people still register for the event after the meeting link has been sent, of course it is no longer necessary to send them the link separately; Let’s Meet sends the participation information along with the registration confirmation.
Easily organize repeating classes
If you offer regular yoga, dance, or fitness classes, you can easily organize and manage them using the Let’s Meet event series. All you need to do is create the event series once. Interested participants will then be regularly informed about upcoming classes, or they can simply sign up for the dates that work for them. With Let’s Meet, you can see at a glance who has signed up for which date with just one click.
Invite important customers first
In times of strict participant limits, it is often necessary to prioritize invitations. Perhaps you want to give preference to regular customers or guests who have already registered for a course?
With Let’s Meet, you can rate contacts with one to three stars. Using the “Favorites First” invitation method, the most important contacts – those with three stars – are automatically invited first. If spots are still available after the waiting period you’ve set, all contacts with two stars will be automatically invited in the next round, and all those with one star in the third round.
Request additional information about participants
For some events, it is necessary to gather additional information about participants. Perhaps you want to know whether participants are beginners or advanced, or simply want to request information such as phone numbers, ZIP codes, or places of residence. For each event, you can freely define a variety of registration fields. Predefined fields are even translated into the respective language if multilingual registration is desired.
